Lead the class. Coach every person in it. Our coaches run 45-minute team training classes of up to 27 members: you intro the workout, demonstrate every station, and spend the class coaching form, pace and effort for everyone on the floor, from a first-timer to an athlete.
What you will do
Programming is written for you. A new workout lands every day from F45's library, so your job is coaching people, not planning sessions.
- Intro each workout, demonstrate every exercise with its progressions and regressions, and keep the class moving on the clock.
- Give every member attention during class: technique, posture, joint stress under load, and effort matched to their level.
- Set up and reset the floor, and keep the studio clean, organized and energetic.
- Learn new members’ names fast and walk first-timers through the floor before class.
- Run fitness consultations and sign up new members as needed.
- Complete the F45 Academy curriculum and keep your certifications current.
- Represent the studio at local events (tent sign-ups, park workouts, partner events) and on social media.
What you need
- You can command a class: clear, confident, warm, and heard over music.
- A nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, AFAA) or a degree in a related field. Not certified yet? Deep hands-on fitness expertise and a commitment to be certified before your start date gets you an interview.
- Current CPR, First Aid and AED certification, or earned before your start date.
- Available afternoons, evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule.
- You can perform and demonstrate every movement we coach.
- 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
