Before you apply
Do I need to be certified to apply as a coach?
Our coaches hold a nationally recognized certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, AFAA) or a related degree. If you are not certified yet but have deep hands-on fitness experience, apply and tell us about it: you can interview now and be hired once the certification is in hand.
What is the interview like?
A short call with the studio manager first. Coaches then intro and coach a segment of a real class with a coach beside them. Sales and front desk candidates spend part of a shift at the studio.
Can I work at more than one studio?
Yes. Many of our coaches and staff work shifts at two of the three studios. Tick every studio you could get to on the form.
What happens if there is no opening right now?
Your application stays on file. When a shift opens up for your role, the studio manager reaches out to the people on file first, before anything is posted.
Is the pay range real?
Yes. Every role here lists its hourly range and benefits, and where you land in the range depends on experience and certifications. Sales adds commission and a monthly bonus; coaching adds bonus potential on studio KPIs.
What happens next
